When safe access is available, Majestic reviews affected slopes plus shingles, ridge and hip caps, valleys, flashing, pipe boots, vents, skylights, roof edges, gutters, fascia and soffit. Wide photographs show location; detail photographs show the condition.
Measurements and factual documentation
The record identifies visible conditions, roof geometry, affected components and estimated quantities. Storm-related observations are separated from age, maintenance, installation details and hidden conditions that cannot be confirmed without authorized removal.
Options explained before authorization
Majestic explains immediate protection, localized repair, section rebuild and replacement paths when applicable. The homeowner receives a written roofing path and can choose an out-of-pocket project or use the factual documents in a claim they manage with their carrier.
Construction, verification and closeout
After a written scope is approved, materials and schedule are confirmed. Majestic performs the authorized roofing work, controls debris and cleanup, photographs completion and provides the applicable invoice, warranty and project-closeout documents.

Roof inspections are available approximately 90 minutes from Charlotte or Rock Hill, subject to address and schedule confirmation. Raleigh is not in the service area.
